Showcasing one of Michigan’s best views, Boat Werks is the perfect venue for brides looking for a classy, yet scenic wedding. With stunning overlooks of Lake Michigan, guests can both view the lake from inside the ballroom or step outside to the wrap around deck or patio. Brides with access to boats have the option to park their boats at the venue and take off on an awesome celebration with their bridal party in between the ceremony and reception, not to mention make a unique entrance at their reception!

Outdoor summer ceremonies are available; for any season, a beautiful mahogany room is available for intimate ceremonies fitting seventy-five guests. The reception room fits three hundred guests. Catering is provided for in-house with the possibility to order cakes from certified food providers. Available year round, brides should begin looking to book this venue at least one year out.

The Ballroom can hold up to 300 guests, Macatawa room can accommodate up to 75

They are in their 5th season

How soon in advance should brides be booking this venue? Does that change for the season?

Couples should to expect to book at least a year out.  As of this writing in early 2020, they are already booking for 2022.

What are the price ranges for your different packages?

Saturdays:  $4,000  Fridays:  $2,500

Sunday-Thursday: $50.00 per guest (includes tax and gratuity, along with a wide range of food and drink services)

Do you have spaces for ceremony and reception? What do couples need to know? 

Yes, they can accommodate outdoor ceremonies on their outside wrap around deck and also offer indoor options for inclement weather.

What are the catering options?

They have wonderful, in-house menu options.  Cakes are allowed to be brought in.

Anything else you would like our couples to know? 

Venue is beautiful! Sunsets are unreal. Some brides can arrive boat. Walking in to the venue has a very nice flow, no one has to walk through the ballroom.
