Wedding coverage with Brenda and her team, an engagement session with book, an heirloom album plus the digital files for your own printing begin at $2900. Create-your-own collections are also available to meet your exact needs with coverage beginning at $1900. Lots of album, wall art and other print options available.
All of my pre-made collections include an album. Custom collections are available should one of the the collections not fit your needs perfectly. When building your personalized collection, albums are probably my favorite item for my couples to receive. Pre-purchasing albums offers a significant savings. Albums may be purchased at the wedding but at a more substantial investment.
Brenda was everything I wanted and more in a photographer. She was funny, creative, easy to work with, and most of all, TALENTED. I was beyond blown away by the things she did behind the camera and without it; to us, she was much more than a photographer. Her thoughtfulness and huge heart showed in her photography as well. She captured images I didn’t even see happening…moments I experienced I will now get to see for the rest of my life…and she isn’t afraid to get down in the dirt, wet grass, sand, rocks, or stand up on tall chairs, jump, etc. If it will get a good shot, she will do it. My wedding pictures were perfect…and I am so so so in love with everything she did. She is the PERFECT photographer, and I am SO thankful for her.
“Thank you” seems inadequate when trying to convey how grateful we are for everything you have done for us. Words like “wow” & “unbelievable” and “love” also come to mind. Our pictures are beautiful!Erin & Shawn
Book Brenda if you can!
Brenda did our engagement session in two different locations. She has some very fun tricks she used to get us laughing and she caught so many amazing, natural-looking shots as a result. She does a great job of capturing the depth in the photo, and really makes you look good by making the photo pop.
On top of that, she encouraged us and made us look forward to married life even more by telling us how much she enjoys her marriage.
Brenda goes way above and beyond the call of duty. If you can book her, do it!
How do I know if you're the photographer for us?
That is an excellent question! Your wedding photographer is the one person with whom you will spend the most time on your wedding day. It has to be the perfect fit. To start, let’s schedule a no-obligation consultation to just chat and get to know each other. In the meantime, you can take this brief survey to see if we’re on the right track. You also can learn more about me here.
What is included in your collections?
I offer collections that include wedding day coverage, a skilled assistant, engagement session with a book, wedding digital files and an heirloom album. Each wedding collection can be customized to fit your needs, your day, your plans. When we meet to discuss your day, we’ll work out something just for you.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! It’s for your protection as well as mine.
How Many Wedding Photos Do We Get?
This is one of the most asked questions I get from brides and grooms about their wedding photographs. How many wedding photos do you get? The answer is a simple one but one that may not be really the answer you’d expect. You’re going to expect a number but I can’t give you a number. You will get the photos that creatively tell your story. What will that number be? Who really knows before the day plays out?
So my answer to “How many photos do we get?” is this: As many as it takes to tell your story well. Nothing more and nothing less. Make sense? Will that work for you?
What communication will we have with you?
“Hands-on Photographer” would be a good description of me. I will work with you throughout your planning process. Periodically, you will receive correspondence from me seeking info about your day. These are very important in helping me serve you best. We will meet prior to the wedding to finalize timelines and locations and we will meet again after the wedding to finalized your album design.
Why do you photograph weddings?
This one is easy…and sounds a bit goofy. But…weddings make my heart sing! My techincal expertise with posing and lighting is utilized during the whole day and my ability to read people and their moments get some good exercise as well. Weddings are one of the few times that my unique combination of creative flow and technical expertise can play well together. The result for you? The fun of looking back through your album and feeling those emotions all over again while knowing you looked your very best.
Do you bring a second photographer
For weddings that are 8 hours or more, I bring a well-skilled assistant with me who will usually photograph during the ceremony and assist the rest of the time. Their goal is to help me get all the coverage you need in a manner that is meeting with my standards and vision. My assistants often follow me around with lighting or other needed equipment. That person is there to help you look good…keeping an eye out for the little details that end up being a distraction in an image. So yes, technically, you still get two people. But the main goal is for you to have a final product that is not only cohesive but beautiful throughout. More info here: http://brendahoffmanphotography.com/second-photographers/
