Engagement Session – Grand Ravines North – Covered Bridge

In anticipation of their May 2019 wedding at English Hills Country club, these two love-birds wanted engagement photos that reflected who they are together. They want to share their story through the photographs and have wonderful memories attached to those moments. So that is what we set out to do! The Ottawa County Park – Grand Ravines was a wonderful backdrop.

From the Bride:

How did you two meet?

We technically meet in 7th grade, but we really didn’t talk until our Senior year of high school. We rode the same bus to our vocational school, which is how our relationship started.

Tell us about the proposal!

The proposal wasn’t done in a grand fashion, but it truly fits us. Cody proposed on a Thursday morning as we were getting ready for work. He did it that way because he wanted to turn an ordinary day into a special day.

Where will you be getting married?

We will be getting married at the English Hills Event Center in Grand Rapids, MI.

Tell us about the engagement session experience

We had a great time at our engagement session! We previously had another photographer take them, but they turned into how the photographer thought they should look and how we actually wanted to look.

Brenda was awesome with us and listened to what we wanted. Our new engagement pictures are 1,000 times better then our first ones.
